Design Review Committee

The Design Review Committee (DRC) is a group of four residents, separate from the POA Board, that review and act upon plans submitted to them before a project is completed on a property per the Design Review Guidelines. As a reminder, any landscaping or construction project should be brought to the DRC prior to commencement to obtain approval. To submit a request, please fill out the DRC Project Request Form and email it to drc@cherrycreekcrossing.com.

There have been over a dozen projects in the neighborhood reviewed and approved the last few years, most were detached garages and landscaping projects. 

The Design Review Committee consists of the following members:
